Hehehe. We didn't really appreciate it at first and then the General Office Manager sent us a brief instruction PDF from the HermanMiller on how to adjust our chairs. One of my colleague have a sneaking suspicion that some chairs have been adjusted in such ways that make them difficult to re-adjust. (?!) Anyway, below is note from our General Office Manager: "Note that where our chairs can be adjusted for Lumbar Depth, they cannot be adjusted for Lumbar Height as detailed in this document." :) That’s my chair in the office tooooo….! Hehehe.
